Our range of UN Approved Fibreboard Boxes and UN Approved Cardboard Boxes are both 4GV and 4G rated for packing groups I, II & III. 4GV rated Fibreboard tri-wall packs have been over tested to accommodate any inner packaging or article. Available in single, half-pallet and full pallet quantities.
Our 4G Boxes and 4GV Fibreboard Boxes have been designed and approved to be used with UN certified inner packaging liners. Vermiculite is also available to support the inner packagings of the Fibreboard 4G Box during transport.
Fibreboard is a commonly used packaging product in hazardous packaging and 4GV Fibreboard Boxes are UN approved for packing groups I, II & III. This includes substances presenting low danger (Group I), medium danger (Group II) and up to high danger (Group III). A Fibreboard Box carries the UN Code 4G and with variable inner-container material configuration carries code 4GV.
A 4G Fibreboard box is a type of packaging that is made from recycled paper and cardboard. It is often used for packaging products such as food, chemicals, and electronics. The box is sturdy and can be used for shipping or storage.
4G UN boxes are UN packaging boxes which include an inner package within a single outer box. The outer package has the UN packaging code, and this stays valid providing the box is assembled with the same method as in testing.

Fibreboard boxes are crafted by bonding a series of corrugated sheets together to create a triple-layered wall. This construction method results in an airtight and robust box. The sheets are precisely cut, scored, and glued in a specific pattern to ensure the box’s strength and durability. Additional reinforcement with tape or staples securely seals the box.
